 4 large potatoes
 Olive oil for deep frying

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Peel potatoes, and cut into thick chunky chips.

Place in a saucepan of water and bring to the boil.

Drain well.

Pop Alamir Bakery Falafel Bites into the oven on an oven tray lined with baking paper for 10 minutes.

Deep fry potatoes in hot olive oil, until golden.

Drain chips on paper towels.

Season drained chips with salt and Alamir Bakery Chicken Shawarma Spices.

Serve onto 4 plates, add the cooked falafel bites.

Smother with Alamir Bakery Tarator (tahini dressing).
