Direction of use:
Deep fry/Pan fry: add a half teaspoon of baking powder per serve, form into patties and fry until patties turn light brown. Turn during cooking.
Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 200 oC, add baking powder as above along with 50ml of vegetable oil (olive oil is recommended), mix well then spread on baking paper. Place on tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Great with chopped tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and covered with tahini sauce.
